A therapeutic art group only FOR MOMS who are carrying too much-- stress, anger, grief, confusion, frustration, or that heavy "what the hell do we do now?" feeling. We will address the unique challenges facing moms today, especially as summer break gets underway.

About the event
Everyday the headlines seem to get crazier and less predictable. The dread, on top of the already difficult and overwhelming responsibiities that come with motherhood, make it easy to feel stuck. But you're not alone. Join this small group of like-minded indivdiduals to sort through the feelings and do something with them! Making art is cathartic and can be an effective way to get some relief! We will also share some Mom Tips and Tricks to help navigate the summer break with less frustration and more joy.
No artistic skill or experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided. Leave feeling lighter and less alone.
