A Bit About Me

From the time I was in high school, I knew I wanted to become an art therapist. The combination of trust, connection, and creative expression resonated with me early on and continues to shape the way I work today. That passion led me to seek out opportunities to work with diverse individuals across a wide range of settings, diagnoses, and goals.

I’m especially drawn to supporting people who have felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood—those for whom traditional therapy may not have fully fit, or where a single approach to treatment felt limiting. While art therapy is a central part of my work and a powerful tool for expression and healing, it is never the only option. I tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs, drawing from my experience working with trauma, autism, ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, and more.

Therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and grounded in your real life. The world can be chaotic and unpredictable, but therapy can become a safe place to build insight, boundaries, coping skills, and confidence so that chaos feels more manageable. Together, we’ll create an approach that makes sense for your goals, your experiences, and your energy—because this process should work for you.
